This website describes non-medical care interests and the founder’s background. Submitting a form or contacting the company does not create a care agreement, reserve a shift or confirm availability. Specific tasks, suitability, scope, costs, scheduling and applicable authorization requirements must be discussed and agreed before a care arrangement begins.

This website does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, diagnostic testing, prescribing, medication adjustments or skilled nursing treatment. Ana’s professional history and personal interests do not represent a claim that those services are available through Guardian. Direct medical questions to your licensed medical provider. Accurate and appropriate submissions
Provide accurate contact information and submit an inquiry only if you are authorized to use those details. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, insurance information, sensitive financial information or another person’s private information in the website forms. Do not use the forms for spam or unlawful activity.

Checking the form consent box authorizes Guardian Home Health Care to contact you through calls, text messages and emails about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
